Following the earthquake on March 28, 2025, Siamese Asset Public Company Limited would like to extend our support and concern to all our customers. The company has conducted a thorough inspection of all its projects, both high-rise and low-rise, including completed and under-construction projects, by our team of expert structural engineers, civil engineers, and building systems engineers.​

The inspection results are summarized as follows: some plaster and tile chipping and cracking were found, and some ceiling panels and door panels were detached from their fixtures due to the tremors. Some passenger elevators are partially operational after passing safety inspections. Some minor cracks were found that do not affect the building structures. This is because all of the company’s projects are designed and constructed according to engineering standards and in strict compliance with relevant laws, including earthquake-resistant construction. These practices align with the company’s mission and business policy to develop real estate projects that prioritize quality in every project, to deliver “ASSET OF LIFE” to all our customers.​

จากเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหว เมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2568 บริษัท ไซมิส แอสเสท จำกัด (มหาชน) ขอส่งกำลังใจและความห่วงใยไปยังลูกค้าทุกท่าน บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบอาคารทุกโครงการทั้งแนวสูง และแนวราบ รวมที่แล้วเสร็จและอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้างอย่างละเอียดถี่ถ้วน โดยทีมวิศวกรของบริษัท ฯ ที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง วิศวกรรมโยธา และวิศวกรรมงานระบบประกอบอาคาร ​

โดยสรุปผลการตรวจสอบดังนี้ พบการกระเทาะ แตกร่อนของปูนฉาบและกระเบื้อง ฝ้าและบานเปิดบางจุดหลุดออกจากจุดยึด ซึ่งเป็นผลกระทบจากแรงสั่นสะเทือน ลิฟต์โดยสารเปิดใช้เป็นบางส่วนกรณีที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบเรื่องความปลอดภัยแล้ว พบรอยร้าวบางจุดที่ไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อโครงสร้างอาคาร เนื่องจากทุกโครงการของบริษัทฯ ได้รับการออกแบบและก่อสร้างตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม และปฎิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเข้มงวดซึ่งรวมถึงการก่อสร้างที่ป้องกันผลกระทบจากแผ่นดินไหว เหล่านี้ ล้วนสอดคล้องกับพันธกิจ และนโยบายการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทฯในการพัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่เน้นเรื่องคุณภาพของโครงการทุกโครงการ เพื่อส่งมอบ “ASSET OF LIFE” ให้กับลูกค้าทุกท่าน​
